Meet Dona & James
Dona Nicandro, BSN, RN, VP
Dona has >20 years of experience in healthcare as a staff nurse (>17 years), educator, navigator, case management, and a successful business co-owner (Tri-County Infusion Nurses, LLC)
She graduated w/ Cum Laude at CSU-Pueblo in Colorado and currently works Part Time as RN Case Manager. She helps patients transition from the hospital setting back to their home and makes sure they have the resources they need to be successful.
Dona enjoys spending time with her husband/children/pets, gardening, fishing, sightseeing, window shopping, and traveling

Chaplain James Nicandro, MSN, BSN, RN, CEO/President
Chaplain James has >30 years of experience in healthcare as a staff nurse (>27 years), virtual hospital, education, administration, leadership, and management. He is also versed in financial planning and a successful business owner (Tri-County Infusion Nurses LLC & DBN Entertainment LLC)
He graduated at Colorado Christian University w/ BSN and received his MSN at Western Governor's University in Leadership and Management. He plans to obtain his Doctorate in Theology/Clinical Christian Counseling in 2025-2026 (focus on marriage, family, men's counseling, patient advocacy, financial/business education, and nurse/allied health mentorship).
James enjoys spending time with his wife/children/pets, mentoring young adults, leading men's group, jet-skiing, listening to music and dj-ing, hosting special events, watching football/MMA/Boxing/sports, fishing, and traveling,.
He co-founded the FELLAS Group in Colorado and have started many small groups (i.e. men's, young adult, family, youth). He is also an ordained minister in the State of California.
James is also a DJ and has provided entertainment for special events (i.e. weddings, graduation, birthdays, churches, non-profit organizations) for >30 years.
